EverythingOShauN is in a Polaroid-perfect montage, riding around the north-side’s suburbs in a vintage vehicle with his stripped-down bride (@purplexolive), as he contemplates the delicate balance between settling down in a relationship and wanting to ball like The Raptors’ point guard Lowry. The imagery in the Fatty Soprano & Shutterr directed video features contrasting elements that effectively tell the dilemma between childhood dreams and adulthood realities: the shirt & tie with the varsity jacket, the purity and tradition of a wedding dress versus the freeing and liberating panties & bra, and essentially the right side up and the upside down; all taking place in an unsettling setting of strange nostalgia mixed with ever-too-real reality. The reflective track’s producer, Xpress aka DJXP, also makes an appearance. Catch more deep waves and feels off EverythingOShauN’s latest album, Everything Over Everything Else.
EverythingOShauN unveils his third project “Everything Over Everything Else”, taking us to yet another level on his elevator ride to the top with his producer Xpress aka DJXP. A departure from his previous moody EP “Almost Everything”, we emerge here with more confidence, growth, and punch. While keeping that distinctly cold Canadian sound and repping with mentions like Lowry and a feature from fellow Toronto rapper Clairmont the Second, OShauN also takes it out the window with international flair on tracks like Al Jazeera and Mañana.

Seems like the off-and-on mystery man that Light Switch singer Staasia Daniels keeps singing about has finally gotten his cosas together. On this sweet, sweet lullaby, she wants him Everywhere she goes, and where she’s going is a dreamy place of caressing love and affection. If you’re not in love already, this is going to make you want to jump-start your recruitment for cuffing season after defibrillating your tender heartstrings back to life. Press play if you’re ready for auditory rose petals and share it with your boo(s). All of them.
Produced by our very own, Xpress aka DJXP, of course.

EverythingOShauN is throwing all f*cks Out the Window and it’s letting in the heat this summer. A departure from his last mellow EP Almost Everything, OTW sees OShauN and his producer Xpress aka DJXP roar out ferocious in-you-face lines as a warning (barely) for their next exciting project, Everything Over Everything Else.

Staasia Daniels puts in work over an industrial dancehall rhythm headed by Xpress aka DJXP. Negotiations are off and on like a Light Switch regarding a contract of love, while pertinent inquiries remain unanswered (“Why is sex easier to get, but real love is so hard to find?“). The deal may not fall through, but one thing’s for sure: This avant-garde audio art-piece is worthy of your time investment.

EverythingOShauN delivers another thespian visual directed by the ever-cinematic duo Fatty Soprano & Shutterr, this time for the melodramatic Blind off his EP Almost Everything.
In a monochromatic cold and barren world, OShauN and his brother/producer Xpress aka DJXP introspect by seeing more with their eyes closed. As they lose themselves and stumble in reflection, we are fed with flashes of eccentric images and movements that leave us questioning what we really see when our eyes are open.
Staasia Daniels breathes to life a tale of two cities, two hearts, and the surprising strength found in dealing with betrayal: the tyrant could never handle his own cruelty, despite being the courier of such heartbreak. Her power comes from her pain, audible through her simple but raw lamentations of ungarnished lyrics, displaying an incredible range of emotions.
The jazzy post-modern ballad was helmed by Xpress aka DJXP, and follows the release of Staasia’s EP Mood Roulette. Could this be tied to the “part 2” that she mentioned in the closing track The End?
EverythingOShauN is on a roll and Running Lights, showing no signs of stopping anytime soon. The new track, produced by usual suspect Xpress aka DJXP, surfaces just two weeks after an epic-action visual for Pylons from his EP Almost Everything.
Running Lights sees the hip-hop artist sing-rap over the trip-trap beat, cruising effortlessly and tranquilly in his signature mellow melodies despite multiple metaphorical traffic infractions.
“You just have to keep going; there are no rules in the music game, and if there are, they’re meant to be broken,” says OShauN, “and if there’s roadblocks and pylons you already know… you just gotta run them over and keep on going.”
Staasia Daniels releases a 3-track EP aptly titled “the 1 + 2 ep“.

EverythingOShauN drops his sophomore EP “Almost Everything” after teasing us with a video for Closing In.
